FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Truck Service, Inc. Announces Leadership Transition
Rick Meyer Named President; Matt Lewis Promoted to Vice President

Indianapolis, Indiana, January 13, 2026: Truck Service, Inc., a trusted provider of truck and fleet repair, maintenance, and parts services, announced a leadership transition effective January 2026. After three decades of service, Dennis Meyer, an original Founder and President of Truck Service, Inc. is transitioning to CEO. Succeeding him is Rick Meyer, who has been promoted to President. In addition, Matt Lewis has been promoted to Vice President. Dennis will continue to provide guidance and leadership, in an advisory role, during this transition.

Dennis Meyer’s leadership helped shape Truck Service, Inc., into a respected, independent service and parts company for light-, medium-, and heavy-duty vehicles across Central Indiana, Ohio, and Florida. His focus on safety, technical excellence, and customer trust established a strong foundation that will continue under the next generation of leadership.

Rick Meyer brings a deep understanding of Truck Service’s operations, culture, and customer base into his new role as President. Having grown up in and around the business and then, for the past seven years, serving as Vice President, Rick has worked closely with its teams and overseen sales and marketing, IT, and strategic projects. Rick is committed to preserving the company’s core values while guiding Truck Service forward to meet evolving industry demands.

Matt Lewis’s promotion to Vice President recognizes his leadership in safety, compliance, and training. His continued oversight of safety and training reinforces Truck Service’s commitment to regulatory excellence, technician development, and the protection of drivers, fleets, and communities.

“This transition reflects continuity, not change in direction,” said Rick Meyer. “Our customers and team can expect the same commitment to quality service, safety, and integrity, while we continue to invest in our people, facilities, and capabilities.”

Truck Service, Inc. remains focused on delivering reliable parts, expert service, and preventive maintenance solutions for commercial fleets, municipalities, owner-operators, and specialty vehicles.
